Went to the track last night. Pulled the hood latch, whoops, the cable either broke or more probably pulled loose. Couldn't open the hood the entire time at the track to give it a good cool down. This will be the fifth time I've had to take the car back to the dealer for relatively minor but valid issues. They were: recalibrate the original trans. tune, replace broken glove box latch (was that way when I bought it), recalibrate brake light switch (also affected the cruise control operation), whistling alternator, and now this. Oh well.
