    Default My 6.0 Vs Mustang 5.0 bolt ons & tuned (VID)

    Hey Guys
    After installing LS7 cam and RCR ported intake manifold (stock T/B)
    One of 5.0 owners said you gonna be behind me by 5 cars or more
    I told him let the street judge

    My car is 2012 Chevy Caprice 6.0L (L77 engine)
    Bolt ons / LS7 cam / RCR ported intake manifold

    5.0 -2012 bolt ons / tuned / 3.31 Gear ratio (I think it's 3.73 because he said can't shift the 5th gear and his speed was 120 mile!!!)

    Good runs. Wish i could read the comments. Even with the "translate" feature it doesn't make any sense.

    What are specs on the LS7 cam? I wonder if it is big enough? Maybe bigger cam would leave that Mustang behind.

    Unfortunately you can't translate comments, it's in colloquial language
    but all of them chevy fans & chevy owners

    for a 1.7 Rocker...

    .050 Cam degreed at
    210 Intake Duration
    230 Exhaust Duration
    116 Intake Centerline
    120 Lobe Separation Angle
    .330 Intake Lobe Lift
    .561 Intake Valve Lift
    .328 Exhaust Lobe Lift
    .558 Exhaust Valve Lift

    looking in winter for something bigger like
    GT-12 from LINGENFELTER
    Specs
    227/235 duration @ .050 lift - .614/.621 lift with 1.7 rocker 115 CL
    or custom cam from Pat-G or RCR
    didn't decide yet

    Maybe I'm missing something. Surely looks like the 5.0 was winning in those races
    2014 Harley Davidson Street Bob-Vance and Hines Short Shot staggered.

    2013 F150 Ecoboost- Loaded and stock.
