Anyone have any tips/tricks on getting the splines of the axle out of the hub?
My car is at the dealership getting the right rear wheel bearing replaced, and the tech is having some issues with this.
Thanks!
Ryan

There is a tool that bolts to the hub to press the axle out. Even with the tool most of the time you have to heat it with a torch to get it to come out.

Yeah, he said he stripped the tool yesterday. Not sure what the end result in getting it out was, but he got it![]()
