Default Open diff in a GT?

Was at the local pipe shop getting my mufflers replaced with a strait pipe and I happen to turn the rear wheel.....and the other rear wheel turned the opposite way! I bought the car a month ago, so I'm just getting into it but I thought all GT's had a limited slip. Really dissapointed.

They all have limited slip diffs.

Open diff, limited slip, and positive differentials are all different types. Positive diff will spin both wheels the same way as you were expecting, limited slip diffs not quite.

I know that they all come with limited slip, but if you turn the driver's rear tire forward, and the passenger rear goes in reverse that can only mean spider gears right?

Nope, that's what I was trying to communicate in my first reply.
