Your Holden Parts Connection in Australia!
I wonder if the dummies at GM are trying to boost Cadillac sales by eliminating all other RWD competition. GM totally screwed up when they killed the somewhat popular Pontiac and Saturn to boost sales of the unpopular Buick. The growing China market excuse doesn't wash because they could have just put Buick stickers on whatever they felt like selling in China.

Joshua Dowling is an ill-informed Holden hater. Today he is under the spotlight because it was him, alone, who made up the story of Holden's imminent demise, specifically his nay-saying prediction of the Commodore's death after the 'facelift'.
He is clearly an embarrassing joke, a Eurocentric but econo-ricer-driving hack, I wouldn't listen to the idiot if you paid me.

Compression is King. Race-built VVT brawler hauler with Stingray tune.
Supernaturally as-pirated, all-alcohol, all-motor.
Nothing new. From what I've seen GM is shoving more "International" cars down Holden's throat with the "Holden" Volt, "Holden" Colorado, "Holden" Malibu... need I go on. the Commodore is one of the few Ausi made and designed cars left, and sadly what helped GM so much.
Alas Zeta itself was doomed to begin with once they axed Pontiac, only making the Camaro and Commodore. They were going to get a GTO or TransAm off it. Lack of sales. Plus it was to heavy. And with Chevy dumping it for the Camaro after 2014 MY and moving the Camaro to Alpha, it doesn't make enough $ to justify continuing it for just the Commodore.
