Default DIY garage space rental in Plano, TX

I am not sure if I am allowed to post the name of the shop or not, but they are opening a Garage in Plano, TX where you can rent a bay for pretty cheap.
FYI... I do not work for this place or have any other invested interest other than wanting to see them stick around so I can take advantage when I need it.
They have 18 bays and most all of them have a lift.
They rent by the hour, half day, full day, and week. They even offer monthly rental.
It's for the DIY guy, moonlighting mechanics, or weekend warrior. They provide craftsman tools, air compressor, impact wrench, 7 flat screen TV's, a lounge... it's a pretty nice little place.
I happen to stumble across it through my job and got to check it out early. The owner seems extremely cool and opened it for all the reasons why you would want to.
They have their Grand Opening Sept 1st from 3-7pm.
If you swing buy during the opening, he will be giving out 30% of your first rental.
Works out for me as I just purchased an ARH system and am about to install it. Why crawl around on the ground under jacks stands for 4 hours when I can rent a space with a lift for $23/hour and knock it out in 2 hours or less.
Another good thing is if you are changing fluids (oil...) they will dispose of the old oil for you.
Now I just need to persuade him to install a DYNO
Once again, I do not know if I can post their info but feel free to PM me and I will send you what I have.

Awesome! I need their info. I tried to find a place when I did my headers and catback, but couldn't and it sucked doing the install on jack stands.

I do plan on going to the grand opening on Sept 1st. I also plan on installing my headers and exhaust there. I imagine I could cut installation time in half with a lift.
I was also joking with my buddies, but I said I would rent 2 bays side by side. So I can work in one bay and have all my buddies in the next bay hanging out, drinking, and telling me how I'm doing it all wrong.
That would make it feel more like home.

I'm excited about this place. For your exhaust work, do you plan on driving there and waiting for the exhaust to cool, or dropping the car off in the parking lot and going back later?

I can imagine a future group outing to this place, reserving a bay for a day or two and having some fun.

I always wondered how it would work to keep a place like that open, to keep tools etc from walking away. Not everyone works on the honor system these days.
