Default TPM warnings going off! Help!

I have only had this car for a few months so this is new for me. My TPM light has gone off and the dash says the front and rear driver side tires are low. If you rotate your tires do you have to reset your TPM system? Reason I ask, I just went out and check the pressure on all four tires and compaired that to the dash reading and those PSI's show up but for different tires.

Also what is the best pressure to run your tires at? I have the factory GoodYear all weather 18".

I'm using my phone so I don't know where your located. But temperature fluctuations change pressure and will change what your TPMS says. Mine were good during summer but when fall/winter temps hit it was sayin they were all 30psi. I bought new tires cause I needed them came with TPMS kit and haven't had any issues even in cold. My tires are at about 38psi. I believe that's what the manuel says when you have a lot of added weight (passengers n stuff)

WiscoG8 thanks. I am in South Carolina and it is cooler now, so Ido think that is part of the issue. I also think the wheels have been rotated and that is why it is giving me the wrong tire that is low. Thanks again.

Check your manual. Instructions on how to reprogram TPMS is in there.

Do yourself a favor and buy a real tire pressure gauge and keep it in the car. My TPMS sensors are all off between 1 and 3 lbs. The aftermarket sensors in my snows are closer to being correct. Once a month I check and adjust my tire pressures, just like any other car.
