    Default New Drag radial setup

I needed to test fit my new DRs. The temp was 44 today so I finally pulled the G8 out of the garage.
These DRs have been sitting in my garage for a couple of months. I'm still using the CCW drag pack
but I'm switching from a bias setup to a radial setup.

What a mess. Leftover tar from the last trip to the track.

Fronts are 185/55R17 on 17x4.5 rims // Rears are 295/50R16 on 16x9.5 rims

What brand/model are the fronts? I'd like something a little more speed-rated than the GTO spares. DRs look sweet!

M&H makes bias ply and radial front runners that will fit the GTO spare rim.

Also, Hoosier makes a radial runner.

Most of them are 26". I just read about a 17x28 coming out, but I forget who is producing it.

M&H has a bias ply 28x4.5-17 skinny. I put in a request to M&H to make a 28" radial skinny. I got a call back from them and was told that
my request was sent to developement. But he also said the more people that requested that size the more likely they would make it.

The front tires are M&H 185/55R17 but are only 26" tall. I'd prefer a 28.

I was disappointed in the tread life of the M&Hs. Mine are worn out to the wear bars after less than a full season.
