It looks like I'm going to be in Charlotte the weekend of Feb. 12-13.

Yup, I finally am getting some work. Of course I got to drive 800 miles
each way but at $.51 a mile, I'll take it. Looks like everybody else has
abandoned the forum. Is the new restaurant open? Maybe we could meet there.

I'm glad you're getting some work! We had to hold off on the new restaurant because the estimates were putting the total project slightly over our budget, and that wouldn't have left much money left over for unexpected expenses (which there always is). The place is still available though, so maybe now they'd be willing to negotiate a little more on the lease. The economy has hit the restaurant industry hard, so it's a little more risky now making a big investment like this. We'll do it eventually though.... hopefully sooner than later.
