A series of Powertrain Questions
1). Why does the car start in second?
2). Can the TCM be programmed to start the car in first?
3). Is there a way to get a numerically lower rear end than the 2.92 already in there (other than the rear end swap being developed by Hendrix)?
4). Do y'all see where I am going with this?

I wasn't aware that the car started in second unless you manually put it there.

There is a way to get other gears. We are currently trying to find a cheaper way now.

The car starts in second gear in the manual shift mode if you stop without downshifting.

If you come to a stop in Manual Mode, the car will shift to 2nd gear.
I think there is a bit of confusion here.
Are we talking about turning the key and starting the engine, or are we talking about starting to move?
