Wheels with other than +48mm offset = off design scrub radius.
Wheels with less than +48 offset move outward increasing the scrub radius.

Wow, I'm guessing that non of the regular alignment shops replace all the bolts and nuts it says to replace in that list. Are all of those TTY?

Look at the torque settings for each fastener......if it says xyz degrees as a final pass, then yes that is Torque To Yield = a single use only fastener.

Thanks Paul for the info. Understand that the parts are not reusable. I wonder if this is true for the aftermarket bolts as well. One of the reasons I am holding off on a new alignment until after Spohn releases the new LCAs.

Oye. I'm having major issues with my car shaking and wobbling. I've had the Pedders Street 2 with drop. I'm thinking that I need to get a wheel balance and alignment. The place where I purchased it aligned the car and gave me the specs. Looking at this instructional, I can't imagine that the jackass around the corner will do it right and the one that I bought the suspension from isn't interested in me anymore. What to do??

I finally figured out the front caster adjustment requires part number 92218339, it is called an Adjuster Kit ...

To adjust caster, order a caster adjustment kit (p/n 92218339). The kit includes one replacement control arm retaining bolt, two offset washers, and one replacement prevailing torque locknut.
One kit will do one side of the vehicle. Follow SI document ID 2322935 for installation.

    Hi Paul,

Does this info cover the GTS with MRC? Also would you have details on a TSB for rear suspension knocking noise? I have read on LS1 that there is a TSB to cover this and that it says a washer needs to be replaced on the lower damper. Not being a technical guru would you be able to point me in the right direction?

    Cheers

    I'd think so.
The MRC is all about dampening and ride quality....that doesn't affect where the wheels point.
I've got the supplementary info for MRC cars and the only extra info in the Suspension Repair section is all about switches and sensors.

If you can come up with the TSB or Techline Document number I might be able to go and get a copy from a dealership. I don't have access otherwise.
You could try getting the Document ID number or a copy of the document from one of the guys on LS1.com.au who work at a dealership.
