I'm glad to hear gas mileage gets a little better with some miles on the motor. I am getting right at 15 around town taking it EASY. I got 24 on a 250-mile interstate trip averaging 73 mph. I have less than 500 total miles on the car.

Mine is about the same according to the DIC. Went on a 230 mile trip and it was getting 24.2 but I was on rural roads and highways driving about 75 with a few kicks. When I got back to and through town it had gone down to 22 showing an average of 53 mph. My wife drives it as her daily driver in rush hour and it has been showing 15 mpg but I didn't check her avg speed, it takes her about 40 minutes to travel 9 miles from home to work and vice versa. It should get a little better after break in.
But we didn't buy this car for it's green status...lol![]()

Love the car, hate the electronics
I average 19-20 with a 50-50 mix of city highway with not letting anyone beat me off of traffic lights as long as the wife isn't riding with me.

I get 17-18 mix with 50%-50% hw/city. I hop on it every now and then. I have 1700m miles on the car, with a Cortex 91 Tune with AFM disabled.
I took a 650 mile round trip this weekend. All but about 50 miles of the trip was interstate driving with most of that taking place in the mountains. I averaged 25.0 MPG with the cruise set at 70.
I get right at 20 MPG with a 60/40 highway mix in my daily commute. The car currently has 6000 miles and the mileage and performance have both definitely improved. The only mod to the car is a Cortex tuner with the 93 octane tune.
As an interesting side note: In mountain driving with the cruise set at 70, the transmission never once kicked down to 5th while climbing hills. Gotta love torque!

15-16, 17 If i'm really really lucky.
I spend a lot of time on the Interstate, between 65 & 83 in the AM, Stop-N-Go to 85 in the PM. We also use it when we go to town where there's a handfull of stoplights. My average is almost always 22. The worst has been high 18's and the best on an 1800 mile trip was 24, but that was early on. I have just over 25K miles now.

Just under 10K miles and I drive 70/30 highway/city and I have been averaging 22-23 and that is with the 10% ethanol. I have not gone on a real long highway trip to see what it would get on a whole tank. 40 years ago a car this size with a 6.0L V8 would be lucky to get 8-10 mpg.
