larger intercooler and bigger pump for maggie
Has anyone installed a larger heat exchanger or bigger pump? Im alookimg into installing a jabsco pump like the ctsv guys
Texas speed 408 stroker,Lingenfelter ls3 ported heads,tv1900,2.8 pulley,kooks header header back,custom axel back, squash double pump upgrade, e85 tein lowering , demon 8 triple pod, brembo brakes ,brm sway bar, bmr toe rod , bmr end link, spohn trailing arms, tein springs,tsw nurburgring rims. Icebox. Old numbers on stock engine 650/620 with 3.0 pulley

LSA blower here. Running zl1 IC and gt500 ic cooler, 2 in thick version with zli pump. works ok for me. Chatter on ctsvowners about zr1/gt500 and merc pumps.

Bout to buy a jabsco 29gpm pump. You running 2 coolers?

yes, in series. do your homework on the pumps. Pieberg CWA-50 seems to have all the buzz now.

Are there before/after tests of IATs?
I climb to 140-145 in the Texas heat and basically settle there, but it recovers to normal in 30ish seconds of coasting...

alot has happend since this thread, i switched to a lsa, installed a icebox in truck and the end of the week i will be installing another heat exchanging in series with the maggie
