tint here in new york is 70 percent for both fron and rear side windows.......rear window can be any percentage and front windsheild cannot be tinted at all except for the top 6 inches, but it hasx to be non reflective

I am also at around 900rpm....it keeps the surging down while in gear from the cam.

I can run my idle at less, but the car would sit there and rock.....lol, which is cool when I was younger, now days I prefer smooth w/ power

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.

The 750rpm actually helps the surging. At 900rpm my car would be trying to push through the brakes...
Can't move out its own way- idk what number motor its on, how much boost, how big of a shot, its starts, im happy.

Sounds pretty good, get some more video of it revving. Want to hear what that sounds like.

YES! I notice this! And I still get some surging at 900 rpms. Not that im complaining

You don't think it will stall that low? The cam is the same specs as the Livernois stage I cam, only difference he said was that the lobes are slightly different.

It shouldn't stall. Mine can sit at 700 without it stalling. If it stalls at 750 there is more that needs to be tuned.

Yeah it needs some serious tweaking. Its running so rich, the exhaust smells strong of pure gasoline.
