I was on the Arctic from Jan. to June 2009. We UNREPed the Truman a few times in that period, but the 1.9 million gallons stood out because it the first time I'd experienced a carrier UNREP. Usually I think it was about 700,000 gallons or so when we'd give them gas. They must've been pretty empty that day. I followed the Truman again in 2010 when I was on Sacagawea. We crossed the pond, went through the Med, and eventually hung out in the Arabian Sea for a bit.
