New Southeast Missouri G8 Owner
Hello everyone, been a pleasure lurking through the forums while I was doing research on G8's, just to see what I may be getting myself into. Found my way into a 2009 Liquid Red GT that had only 39,700 miles on it from an older gentleman in Michigan. Car was is pretty good shape other than a few wear items that needed replaced. Has no rust on the underside due to it being only a summer car.
So far I have replaced the tires(was still wearing the factory OEM date stamped 2008 O.o), replaced collapsed factory strut mounts and upgraded to Tein S. Tech springs with PPV struts, and replaced fluids that needed to be at the time. Don't plan on doing anything too crazy with this car as it will eventually see partial daily driving duty, but it is a fun car already. Currently just love that it makes me excited just walking up to it in a parking lot. Seems to get a lot of looks as well.
Looking to contributing when possible and appreciate all of the information and insight from everyone so far!
