    Default Sell my G8 for 5th Gen 1LE or 6th Gen 1LE?

The title already explains it. Dumb or good choice?

If you're looking to track the car then the 1LE is a great choice. If not, then I'd keep the G8, it's a more useful car than the Camaro.

    Depends. What are your goals?

If for a 5th gen, then definitely not. 6th gen, if you track absolutely. As a daily probably not. Interior is too cramped and not a fan. I love the performance capabilities and the exterior has grown on me, especially in Krypton Green. The interior leaves way too much to be desired.

Gotcha just wanting that 3rd pedal. G8 has 62k I drive it maybe 3 times a month. Heck may just keep the G8 and save up for one and add to the collection.

You do what you feel is best for you but .... Mustangs and Camaro are like belly buttons ..everyone got one.
They're a dime a dozen on the roads. The G8 ..Lucky I see 1 or 2 every few months on the road.

No intrest in a manual ss?
That's the only car I would trade my g8 for. Maybe a 68 camaro restromod. But probably not a gen6 camaro unless the deal was to good to pass up.
Obviously that's my opinion and only you can decide what to get.

Sedan ss would be super nice but finding one will be hard and expensive for the 6spd

    Keep the G8 and add a 1LE - Gen 6

Love the 1LEs and down the line outside of a ZL1 it will hold its value better.

I really liked the Gen 5 1LE [and have a friend who heavily tracks his and went out with him for some runs] and the Gen 6 is killer

I like the SS sedan if you can source one - the M6s seem to go faster if the price is good. We have 2 and the auto isn't that bad - great if a daily driver etc. While I like the M6 SS, the A6 SS is just as nice.

I keep my eye out for manual ss's. Usually there are a few available at any time. Low prices is 35k Hi 45k. Gotta be willing to travel to get it tho.
