    Default Customer Satisfaction Campaign #09203A

My car is starting to make the dreaded clunking/rattle when going over small bumps. I've read that the LCAs are the culprit. Is this a "no questions asked" repair? Or am i going to have to fight my dealer to get them done. I purchased the vehicle with 75k and i just passed 100k two days ago so i am way out of warranty. Is this a free repair or am i going to have to pay for it? Sorry if this has been asked a million times. I just can't find the answers.

I think it was a recall and if it was not repaired before you should be able to get it done under warranty

    Your bulletin ID is old.

There is a revision for up to 120k / 10 years.

The dealership is aware [or should be] as this was issued a while ago in 2015. FYI

    It should be covered.

Called my local GM dealer and they told me about that revision. Getting it looked at this week. Hopefully all goes well.

It has never been a recall. If you tell your dealer to look for a recall, they may not look for the service bulletin and leave you with a mere shrug.

And last I knew, the bulletin says that if your arms have never been replaced under previous or the current bulletin, they will replace all 4. If they have been replaced before, they will only replace arms that they find faulty.
