Also... we have teamed up with Weapon X Motorsports and now offer chillers for most last model GM/Ford/Dodge applications. They have done some extensive dyno testing with some great results. I will sell the G8/SS stuff directly but all other models are being sold through WXM.

I have one. I have yet to visit the track.

I goofed and left the heat exchanger in-line. This worked “against” the chiller. Totally my fault.

I should have it all fixed end of next week along with the “Frostbite” bumper tank.

Well, got it all routed properly. No visits to track yet. Unfortunate.

Had a Patrick G spec'd cam installed so I'm taking it easy for a couple hundred miles. Then headed back to dyno and a tune.

We are releasing a new bypass valve for those wanting to maintain your air to water HX. This is a ground-up design and industry first. The valve is actuated by an internal thermostat. If the water temperature is below 90ºF, it will bypass your HX. When the water temp increases, the valve directs water through your HX. There are no wires, no vacuum lines, not controllers, no relays, etc... just a simple plug and play. There are four -12 ORB ports: System Inlet, System Outlet, To HX, and From HX. The through ports are 3/4" for high flow.

This will work on all chiller systems as well as those with ice tanks.

    c) Made 628.5 RWHP (Dyna Jet). Made 602 RWHP (Mustang Dyno). The owner/tuner (Mike Whitehouse) added "load" to the Dyna Jet numbers and the resulting data were near identical to the Mustang Dyno (which has a reputation for being "stingy"). This guy, Whitehouse, is good.
    d) I'm not sure what "parasitic loss" is on our G8's. Some suggest 20%. Others are confident that it is more like 16%. Either way, I'm happy with this thing as a daily driver.
    e) there were some "wavy" lines in the dyno curves .... so a final tune this Thursday.
    f) This was on 93 octane pump gas

I've been following posts about your car a while now in order to pirate ideas for my next round of upgrades. The more I read about chillers, the more interested I am in adding one. I have a question, did you take your Heat Exchanger out, or does it just bypass based on coolant temp?

    Great info by the way
