Yeah I'll have to get into it later but amazing the engine started on the stock files - and it ran for a while and settled down to a very rough idle - but the L76 program wants to set idle and hunt below 580. Or mine always seems to when it got to closed loop.

Are the MAF's the same between the L76 and the LS3? I assumed they were. Or is there enough headroom that it can take it's place. I have to assume it's reading that the airflow is way out. Especially for cylinders 1,4,6,7. I also have to get rid of the DOD system - and his HP tuners has been updated and it looks all sorts of different from what I remember. (haven't touched it in 3 years).

I asked on the other thread - and someone answered- that you can read oil pressure on HP tuners. We are just curious where it sits now that the new pump and the valley cover etc are there.

it set a few codes and if you reved it and let off quick it would stumble and die. and I guess the base idle needs to bump up to something - I'm thinking near 650 my engine guy thinks 750

Yeah, definitely will need to bump up the idle RPM a bit with that cam.

L76 and LS3 MAF - if you are talking the LS3 in the GXP - then yes, I believe it uses the same MAF. The MAF on the LS3 in other variants in the Camaro and Corvette are different. Card style. Completely different tune and need a minor wiring change to use. Lots of people got to the card style when using larger intake diameters.

PnP Interchiller - RCR ported heads - RCR Lunati 219/231 113+1 - Forged Bottom End
    ARH 2" LT headers - Solo 3" CB - MT DRs + M&H FRs on Weld RT-S

in my crate ls3/480 my tuner had mine set at 800rpm idle but i asked him to drop it some and its 725 now. i dont think id want it any lower, its almost right on the edge of being too low i think.

Thank you for that. My engine guy said he wants it to be 800 and I still feel that's too high - hell I thought 750 was high when it was first bandied about.

OH really. that's very close to what I've become now. fantastic. I don't know how people did this on the early days of the tuning and mod circle while DD'ing the car. Lots of extra work I can see that now.

I'll post the tune later but I have been driving it. Runs ok surged a bit at idle. Does buck the trans but only after sitting for a minute or 2 in D,under brake,at a light.

Sets a po172 and po175 after about 30 minutes of driving

    Smells rich sitting

But does run pretty well otherwise.
Power and I think moved up in rpm.

Open to although and comments. I have to get my file off another device and I'll attach it

    Thank you again
