little bit of everything. depends on my mood. Sometimes rock, sometimes hip/hop, sometimes metal, sometimes classical, 50's 60's 80's, motown, anything and everything. Most of the time the radio is off anyway.

When I'm not on ESPN Radio listening to Mike and Mike and my fav. The Herd with Colin Cowherd, I'm on (shockingly) Liquid Metal with some Octane in here or there.

I hear you on the workout, Tony, Although my neck muscles always hurt the day after, and voice is shot from all the screamin and headbanging!

In my CD player recently has been early Grand Funk railroad, A 4 CD Rolling Stones outtakes and live BBC set, Young Rascals, The Stooges, The Beatles, Muddy Waters, actually you name it it'll be in there sooner or later. I've got many CD's ranging from Miles Davis, John Coltrane to the Raw Power Stooges and Motorhead, and anywhere in between depends on my mood. I've been known to listen to polka music, haha! I hate opera and real slick pop, and hate modern hip hop with a passion, I'd rather listen to a jackhammer, sorry if I offended any of you girls out there, haha! I do like The Beastie Boys for a certain length of time though (short).

I almost always listen to Little Steven's Underground Garage, channel 59. He and the rest play anything from old skool punk to 60's bands like The Remains, Ronettes etc.all stuff you'll never hear anywhere else.
