Default Carbon buildup on one cylinder

I'm half way into my dod delete, I had cylinder 4 lifter fail. I'm worried about cylinder 2, the valves/head has very little to no carbon and the piston has a great deal more carbon then the others. I searched for a answer but can't seem to find anything.
    I'll upload pictures in a few minutes.IMG_1885.JPGIMG_1891.JPG

Hard to say for sure. But maybe plug or injecter. Either running rich or not getting a good burn. Both will be very hard to notice from the driver seat
