    Default H&R coilovers installed

    image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg
Installed H&R coilovers that actually came from Australia labelled for the Holden Commodor.

Since ordering form the Western Canada distributer, I noticed the North American site lists them as a new option for the G8. I know they had to do some digging to get these coilovers. It's good to see they are an option now. Ride is great, lifetime warranty and made in Germany.

Looks great but I would drop the front a little more.

It's actually settled another 1/4-1/2 inch in the front since the photo was taken

I think they list for $1499 USD. I'm in Canada so I payed $1,999 CAN.

The ride is great considering how low the car is. I do get high centred quite a bit with th Borla exhaust being a tad lower than stock.

Do you have before/after photos? Also, where in BC are you?

For H&R, how is the warranty handled? Do you have to send them the defective for exam before replacement? If there was a accident and a single unit needed replacing, can you buy individual units? I ask as I learned the hard way with pedders. While I'm sure H&R is quality, stuff does happen. I my case with Pedders, I may have been ok if they were still in US -but they are not. I know with BC, they only sell all four - unless you want to pay 350 for one unit.
