    Default p0391 Which Sensor

    Im showing p0391 for the first time today.. Refers to a cam sensor reading too much play…. Anyone know which sensor is this referring to? We have 4 in the LY7

    Thank you for the response. Ive been doing some research on other forums for vehicles that use the LY7, and I am a bit encouraged that it may only be a sensor issue.. Seems like the owners who have had some of the larger problems associated with this code have also thrown other codes as well.

    I cleared the code with my scan tool last night and will wait to see if it comes back before I try and diagnose anything. Just so I have it, if it does turn out to be the sensor needing replacement, could you please post or send me the instructions that are linked towards the end of the PDF you posted?

    • Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Bank 2 (Left Side) Exhaust
    • Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Bank 2 (Left Side) Intake
