2014 SS vs g8

Okay so took my car out to get the fluids moving a bit. That way it can stay put up for a few months. Well drove around for a bit and was shocked to see a black SS next to me. I cracked my windows to listen to it and was shocked and the growl it had. So after honking a few time I gave the guy thumbs up. He nodded and continued to drive. Still feeling not satisfied I put my car in sport and hit a little bit higher rpms to try and gain his attention. He pulled next me me did the typical pfft right what ever face. So I gunned it. Looking in the mirror I could see the guys surprise as all hell broke lose out of my solo cat back. After that he pulled up next to me and stayed there. So I honked 3 times.. And he took off before the. 3rd honk. Shocked I gunned it in normal drive.. Almost instantly caught back up.. And with in a few seconds was a nice distance ahead of him. Satisfied I pulled into a near by dairy mart to top the tank off.

The SS owner followed and asked about my car. I explained it's origins and that essentially his is the newer version... After a quite heated debate he stormed off.
Kind of flabergasted.. And a bit disappointed reminds me to much of my aunts new malibu :/

Lol, fuck that guy. What's there to debate lol? As for the looks, I'm disappointed as well. I wanted an SS, but don't anymore. The G8 looks better. So I think for my next buy, maybe in January, I'll be looking at the CTS-V or the C7. I plan to keep the G8 either way, but may daily drive it and buy a 2013 C6 grand sport instead, they can be had for sooooo cheap now, and the $20k+ difference against the C7 buys a lot of mods.
