I met Charlie last year and he was an awesome guy to talk to. I met him right about the time he found out he had cancer. He knew he was in for a fight but he was ready for it.
I haven't spoken with Charlie in some time. I had no idea that the cancer would take him this quickly. I know that his number one concern at the beginning of this battle was not himself, it was his wife and son. My thoughts and prayers go out to them.

There's not much that can be said aside from what already has been said about the big guy!! I will tell you all that I think that Charlies personality has impacted this board and made it what it is today... pretty tight knit, knowledgeable, friendly, and personal... which, if you're a member of more than a few message boards, you know that this is pretty rare. I have to give that tone and credit for the way that the forum is ran directly to Charlie, and I think because of that, we are all indebted to him in some way.
