    Agreed with all the above! I'm really grateful for this board and all the great folks here; I have learned a ton and been inspired to try stuff I never would have dreamed.
    2009 Hot White G8 GT, CTS-V v1 fronts, Camaro 20's, BMR Sways, Eibach Springs, Rear Cradle bushings. GXP FE3's, BMR rear susp. Kooks 1 7/8 LT headers, RCR custom 3” exhaust, ported LSA blower, 2.38 pulley; Ported heads and TB; LS7 MAF, Racetec pistons, Scat rods, CTS-V crank; FAST 85 injectors; RCR Lunati cam: 223/238 .615/.601, 116 +2 LSA. CTS-V pump/VaporWorx cntlr. Built trans, Methanol injection. Rick Crawford built and tuned. Best 1/4 9.68 @142, 1.42 60'.

    I learned a lot here. I try to give back some of what I have learned now. It has been fun, but a little expensive

    Thanks for creating this place. I hope it sticks around for a long time. I wish some of the old characters were around more, but there are some new ones around now too.

    I truly have enjoyed the time we have spent walking this path, the contribution this community has made to the quality of all of our lives, and the friends and knowledge I have gained along the way. Maybe some day I will be able to return the blessings I have received in participating here. I really enjoyed the discovery process as we peeled back the layers of the G8.

    And breaking a stick off in somebody's ass every now and then has been pretty fun too...

    Haven't been around nearly as long as you all, but this is the FIRST car I have ever modified, this car is WHAT got me into the scene, and you all continually teach me things daily.

    I hope to eventually be able to give back to this forum with something other than the occasional funny picture.

    Folks, especially Charlie & Steve, I have said it before and I will say it again. This is the finest, fairest, most rational board on the web, bar none. Reasonable sane discourse with some occasional flare ups that are quickly and fairly extinquished by our moderators. Tons of help no matter how trivial the question and no matter how far afield, there always seems to be soemone willing to lend hand or render an opinion. It matters not if it's car related, relationships, job, there are always good discussions.

    I remember coming over to GRRRR8 after wondering what happened to all the people that provided their expertise until I go an invite to come over to GRRRR8 and I never looked back.

    All of you have been very helpful with your knowledge and your opinions and I thank you all for that. I also enjoy the threads and conversations.
    Made a few friends even though we never met..LOL!

    Looking forward to more time spent on GRRRR8! Thank you everyone especially Charlie, Steve who created a forum that everyone knows your name.. well kind of. LOL!

    I remember the day I switched too, not long after the forum launched. It had been 13 years since I modded any car and never to this extent. Charlie and this forum changed everything.
