weird it is cheaper to buy the supercharger in pieces than in the GMPP catalog
What about the other items that are listed in the auction - Fuel rails, injectors, intercooler, gaskets, and misc fittings and sensors? Is some of that stuff included in the main supercharger kit?

I have yet to verify that this thing will fit under the hood. The few threads that I did find with people asking questions about the LSA always end up with "This is probably not going to fit".

The Maggie may be a simpler solution but if I'm going to do this my preference would be to stick with GM parts.

My price did include all the extra parts.

As far as fitting under the hood I'm pretty sure it does, but you would have to get with Peter as he currently has it installed I think.

Aren't the coolant hoses for the heat exchanger different on the ZL1 and CTS-V versions of the LSA? Seems like they come in the front on one and the back on the other. Can't remember which is which, but seems like the one with the coolant hoses on the front would be easier to make work. Not much room back there at the firewall.

    2300/HFCs - 516 rwhp 501 rwtq (Dynapack hub dyno) ; 12.71 @ 111.4mph (~1500 ft DA and likely a slipping clutch)

Check out post #32. He says it barely fits under the stock hood.

Yes the hose are different but that doesn't matter as I'd bet neither would work on a G8 anyway.
Maybe by the ZL1 hoses and cut and paste to fit you custom heat exchanger and pump install.

Wow! That is a pretty amazing deal for a blower kit! If I understand it right, this is the new version with an actual runner system right?

Ouch. Looks like it will rattle at idle, let alone what it will do when the engine is putting out some torque. What are your plans for the hood?

Well, looks like you will be working a little on the hood, but otherwise...nice.
