Sunday I wil be getting a custom tune done locally. (ECM and TCM being done to help make somem more power on 93 octane, tweak torque management, disable DOD/AFM, and help the tranny shift a bit quicker). Wont even have it 24 hours till first mod lol. Then I will be retrofitting the 2008 center gauges in. After that toss up between OTR intake (Looking at JHP's Ram air one) or another OTR if I can find a good one. Varoom makes one too I saw.) and exhaust. (Will be doing Corsa Sport like I had on the GTO). I'll also be getting some winter Blizzak tires and a front bra to protect this flawless car from the winter.Originally Posted by WickedMom

Yep lol. It's hard to believe I had the GTO for 3 years. I'm picking it up at Wallingford Buick GMC tomorrow, they're taking my GTO in as trade. Hope someone local gets it and treats it well.. I will miss it. Only downfall and hesitation I'm having right now is that I will miss the GTO to much, namely driving stick.

ECM Tuning in progress (small tune, waiting for the regular gas the dealer put in to burn up till I tune for 93 and do logs and whatnot...) and TCM tuning done. Kept Drive stock, sans fsster shifting and slightly less torque management, and changed up shift points on Sport mode to hold gears a tad longer.
Atari gauge and harness ordered. LED Fog lights and license plate lights ordered. Have to actually pop Dome and others open to see what LED's will fit (Know the bulb #'s, but have to see what will fit in the dome light and such since not a direct replacement.). Need a good HID kit to. I have DDM on my GTO so might just go with those again, if not a LG 6000K kit for lows. Looks like getting bulbs in is a PITA, having to possibly take the wheel off.
Also I have an issue. Dealer listed the G8 as with BLuetooth in like 3 spots on their site in the description and specs. No dice, regular 2009 not 2009.5. Calling today to have them sort it out and do something about it.
