    Person: Sweet!! Is that the V8 one?

    Me: V6

    Person: Ohhhhh

    Me: .....

    Me: Want to go for a spin?

    Person: Sure

    (Takes person for spin)

    Person: Holy crap, that's definitely enough power. Still too bad it's not a V8

    Me: ..........................

    I can answer in the affirmative about the V8, but it doesn't help much when it still occasionally gets called a "G6"!

    When I was doing an initial insurance quote on the G8, I was quoted for a G5.

    Don't feel bad, as wild as my car is and sounds I get asked if it is a G6!

    Well at least know this, the G8 V6 is faster than a BMW 3 series or 5 series 6 cylinder. I tested it today at two consecutive stop lights with a 330 series. I just love them wondering if the extra $ for the Bimmer was worth it. LOL

    I'm sure the quote was better. I'd say you should have taken it and run but at the first accident they'd give you you $100 car value and send you on your way.

    AC guy said he liked my car. Then asked if it was a grand am... Really even saying it's a g6 is better than a freaking grand am.
