I think it is under the fuse box according to the service manual. I would just unbolt the fuse box / hardware in the area and go from there

If you pull back the plastic liner under passenger side fender, you can easily access the bottom of the ecm and pop the clips. I wish I had known this access point was there when I changed mine out. It was a major pain in the ass!
