    Yes stock lines and rails.

    With a good write up and all of the nicknack parts to make it work, you can do it in 3-5 hours on average.

    Parts are around $400 and labor is about $400... seems like a crazy cheap alternative. Factory type reliability is nice.

    Thomas is right. Sam tunes very safe. It could probably make 580+ if he wanted to lean on it.

    Stoich AFR for winter blend E85(E70 in most places) is 10.69:1.

    In summer E85 Ethanol has a stoich of 9.0:1 which is 85% of the fuel content and pure Gasoline has a stoich of 14.64:1 which consists of the remaining 15% of the fuel content. Calculation for figuring this is: (A * B) + (C * D) / 2 = Final Stoich Fuel Value

    A = Fuel #1 % in decimal
    B = Fuel #1 Stoich
    C = Fuel #2 % in decimal
    D = Fuel #2 Stoich

    Most of us only race our G8's in the summertime so we likely will only use true E85 and should tune for that matching stoich AFR. Or just keep it simple and tune using lambda.

    You act like you don't know what he called you and you know its true. Your stoich needs to be washed up after a night of sex and drinking and lambda will make you smell better so your wife doesn't find out. Ha

    There's the calc I was looking for... I put 10.00 in Greg's tune. Right now we're still on winter blend - that'll keep him "safe" on what's at the pumps now. His trims should take care of the rest, and PE is moderately set for 12.0:1 (relative to E0) or .817 Lambda. E85 does real well lean, but I'm not pushing Greg's tune without him running a wideband and/or a log of his fuel pressure and IDC.

    Greg - Get that thing running, log your trims, and then send me the info. I'd really like to see a pull on the highway with your current tune and 93octane, to see what your injector duty % is at. You dont want to lean out in the upper revs, since you'll be commanding ~25-30% more fuel out of those LS9 injectors.

    You may not have enough pump for the E85 after looking at some of my older logs when I was on the stock pump and LS9 injectors....
