Default Maggie Belt Slip: Jannetty Racing Magnuson Belt Tensioner

Developed for the Camaro....but wouldn't it work on our G8's?

I believe Daniel has a HD belt tensioner, but not sure of the brand. I think it's made by East Coast Superchargers.

You would need one for a Corvette not a Camaro to have a chance of working.

Hey Daniel!! Is that unit working "well" for you? No slip? The design of both units (Jannetty & ECS) look awfully similar.....

The East Coast unit is a bit less expensive as well.

What pulley do you want to run, there is a point if you are OD cog and small on the front that nothing you will do will prevent slip as enough of the belt does not wrap the front pulley.

you will be fine with 3.0 and HD tensioner

now if you cog drive/OD rear and OD front 3.0 is as far as you will probably make it.

First, complement you for using search, instead of slamming you for bringing up an old thread! Second, I think Daniel sold his car three years ago, not sure if he comes around here anymore.
