    In about 3 weeks I'll have 300m axles that you can swap out with the stock axles.
    I dont see any reason to change the inner and outer stubs, just the axle shaft.

    No, I have a guy at ZF looking into different gears. I'll pester him some more to keep him looking.
    I would imagine when the Camaro comes out it will have the same diff and will also open up more gear options.

    Correct! I dont know if it can break the shaft itself, but we know it can break the stub for sure.

    Since this seems to be a good thread for this timely question, here goes...

    I'm a 13-flat kinda G8 right now. With no additional power adders, when I install my 3.70 diff, will I start breaking these axles?

    Or, does it take a LOT more power to do that or maybe we just don't know the root cause yet?

    Swapping diffs is now making me nervous.
