BlueStar Caller ID

In case anyone out there doesn't know yet, Costar just released an updated firmware that enables caller ID on the G8. The caller ID shows up on the DIC. I just tried it out and it works great. Right now it shows the caller's phone number and 'BlueStar', but I think on one of the future updates you will be able to load your contacts to the BlueStar module and have it show the callers name in place of 'BlueStar'. I'm just glad I can see who is calling now.

I was going to say I hope you are not fooling me!!! Playing with my emotions would not be nice. But, I just checked and wholly crap!... the update is out there. This is awesome, the last piece of the puzzle to make me not be bummed out by not having the bluetooth onstar box.

Now if someone would just call me, and I suppose I have to drive the car once in awhile too! LOL
