G8 GT Seats 2008 vs 2009
I own a 2008 G8 GT I test drop a 2009 prior to buying this one. I could have sworn the seats and the steering wheel were beefier. The side bolsters on the 09 came out the middle of my side like my R32 did. I had my car shipped to me from out of state and that was the first thing my wife and I noticed. Is this true that the seats are different in 09 and 08?

Did both have leather? The one with cloth I looked at seats were not just like the leather ones.

Yes.. they both had leather I think I need to go back to the dealership and see if they still have the car because this difference seemed significant.
As far as I know the seats are the same. However the optional "Sport Package" has a beefier steering wheel (also includes 19" wheels and metal pedals). Maybe the car you test drove had it and not the one you bought?
Was the 08 brand new when you bought it?
