2011 Texas G8 Meet Mar 25-27: Attendance

Pontiac G8 Event
(This is a Pontiac G8 event only)


Date: 2011 March 25-27
Track Location: Lonestar Motorsports Park (Sealy Texas - West of Houston)
Admission: $50 to participate (CarShow, RoadCourse, DragRace); $10 Teens/Adults/Seniors Spectate at Track (12yrs and younger are free)


This is going to be a two step process for registration to ensure we have the correct amount of attendance to go through with this event.

Step-1) Post to this thread if you will be participating or spectating. Please indicate Driver and/or Spectate with the correct number beside it.

The below example indicates a car/driver plus two spectators at the track event. Please indicate the user name on all forums next to the driver in paranthesis. If someone is not on the forums that would like to participate, please point them to the forum registration. Please note I am taking attendance from the two forums: gee-eight-board and the great forum. I am purposely not typing the correct name of the forum so it does not get censored. You should get the idea here, if not ask for help.

Example:

Driver - 1 (BestG8)
Spectate - 2


Step-2) Once we hit the correct number of drivers/spectators for this event, then we will start the official registration process where a payment must be made. Please note this "correct number" varies depending on the sponsors and/or donations received to offset the total event cost. Please contact me directly through email if you wish to take part in sponsoring or donating for this event.


One other note. I am working with LMP to see if we can open the track up to the public near the end of the event for any cars/trucks that would like to challenge the G8's. I figured this would be an opportunity for those ex-G8'ers as well as other muscle cars or imports that would like to play.
