Quick question on MAF idle tuning. If the histogram says -10, do I multiply the MAF value for that cell in the editor by 1.1 or 0.9? I was under the impression from the tuning file that if it is negative, I need add that percent (meaning multiply by greater than 1.0) to correct it.

Bumping this a bit since I went in on the HP Tuners Pro suite with a local member. Blue, since I have headers, if I change that COT parameter to 1.06 will that keep the car from tripping a Check Engine light now that the headers are on? The headers are ARH with cats, so I just want to make sure.

So far I've gotten the stock tune down and made the changes in preparation to start scanning the car and dialing it in. We don't have a wide band as of yet, hopefully I will be able to at least get it close without one.

I think I may have it figured out. Downloaded a tune from the repository that had kooks mids and I did a compare on the engine DTCs. Turned off (set to 3 on the drop down list) on about 6 codes I think that have to do with o2s. Unchecked the box for them too to cancel the light.

Should be doing some scanning and initial tuning tomorrow (later today?). Will be fun!

Are there any replies for this? I am now questioning myself on this after taking a run and noticing that my changes seem to have net an increase in the logged values using Bluegoats' config file.

If anyone saved bluegoat's guidance as a .pdf or any other electronic format with the pictures included, I would REALLY appreciate it if you would send it to me. TIA
