    From what I understand, yes.

    All A6's are geared the same.

    Tom, if you look at my Pedders pics #3 you can see it is pretty easy to swap the chunk.

    What about the axles? I assume we have c-clips, right?

    They just clip in like a front wheel drive. Basically, a big screwdriver to pop them loose.

    I'm real interested in this mod but I still hate that we have to buy a whole pumpkin instead of just a gear set.

    The gears are only a little cheaper. I would rather have it all pre assembled and know its right then to pay almost 1k for gears and they dont get set up correctly and make noise and trash the diff.

    Yea, there's that. Funny how gears for a 12 bolt still go for under 200 but ours come in close to a grand.

    One more thing...

    You'll have a spare housing and LSD for when yours get "blow'd up".

    Good point George.

    As for the Pedders bushings, did you have to fabrication a tool to press them into the new diff?
