    Default 17" Wheels

Will 17" BMW M3 Wheels fit on the rear of the G8, I have a set of Drag Radials that are for a wheel of 17x9.5.
My concern is will the calipers have the clearance needed with a 17" wheel or should I just go with 18" wheels and get a new set of drag radials

I have a 17x9.5 drag wheel on mine.

Many use 17x9 F-Body wheels as well.

What is the offset? Most BMW 17s that I have seen online have a low offset and the tire may rub the fender lip.

My Fbody 17x9 rims clear the caliper and the trailing and control arms fine. The offset is 50mm, that's about perfect for a 17x9 as far as offset.

CCW 16s will clear the V8 caliper and the arms, if they are stock or Spohn or a modified BMR.

Run of the mill 16s will clear the V6 caliper, you might need to trim the bleeder and check for arm clearance.

Aftermarket 15s will clear the V6 caliper if you trim the bleeder. The lower control arm needs to be modified, as does the Spohn trailing arm.
