Default 17" GTO Rims for Snow Tires

Searched but I can't find a clear answer. Will 17" GTO rims work on all four corners for snow tires? If, so is a spacer needed on front? If so, where to get the spacers?

Buying these would be a good deal cheaper than new wheels from TireRack. Thanks in advance for any guidance ...

http://www.wheeladapter.com/index.php more than likely high prices check ebay once you have the size needed.

    Offset: +42mm
    Backspacing: 5.86"
    Bolt Pattern: 5-120
    Rec. Tire Size: 245/50-17

    Offset: 42mm
    Backspacing: 5.90"
    Bolt Pattern: 5-120
    Rec. Tire Size:245/45-17

Thanks. Still a little confused though. From those specs it doesn't seem like a spacer would be needed ... but it depends on how much clearance there is at the strut.

Thanks. I looked on the other site but couldn't find an answer ... just goes to show - when in doubt, google.

In any case, I finally decided to bring my wife's old Montana back here from home in San Diego to thrash in winter weather. So no snows for the G8 this year. We'll see what happens next winter. Thanks again for the info.
