I've got my GXP as well, so far have only done rims, wider tires (265s up front, 285s in back) and a transmission upgrade I believe.
Been having a blast with it so far. Took some getting used to the interface. The whole black to white thing is a little annoying (Forza2 interface was black background, Forza3 is white).

Damn all of you! Now I have to go buy an Xbox!!! I don't have an availalble HDMI input with my PS3, Sat dish, cable, and upscaling DVD/VCR so I'll have to buy an HDMI switch too. All of this just to play a game and experience the real performance the car in my garage is capable of... well I guess this will cost less than the next ticket I get in my GXP. The last one cost me $150 and the trooper gave me a break to 9 over!I think I was really running somewhere around 90 in a 65...

I had it today and just played it for 4 hours. I bought a G8, and modded it to make the same power as mineTrap speeds are dead on! Only problem is its impossible to not spin off the line which is destroying my 1/4 times. But DAMN is the game fun! And so accurate! Even the full interior of the G8 is amazing with how accurate it is!
