It's fairly easy, you just have to remove the PCV hose from the PCV valve and cut right where the PCV hood meets the valve. Then flip it over so the inlet is on the drivers side toward the Catch can. I used a 3/8ths fuel line to connect the PCV valve directly to the catch can, and another one to connect the catch can to the inlet tube that goes into the upper intake manifold.
here is where to cut:
The PCV valve is located at the rear of the engine at the passengers side. I think that might help. Let me know when you decide to do it. I will do what I can to help out.
P.S. Sorry for the crappy drawing, my MS Paint skills are really lacking.
I have a V6, with two emergency cylinders that engage when I stand on the gas pedal.

I tried to get them to throw in two extra cylinders for free when I bought the car, but they weren't having it.
So hey cat let me see if i got this straight.
1 hose from the catchcan goes to the PCV and the other hose from the catchcan goes to the intake manifold. Is this right?

Right, well except, the hose from the catch can needs to connect into the manifold tube that splits and connects into the right and left side of the manifold.
Well I'm in Australia and this is my version of the G8 (as most of you know)
Damn nice looking SV6, great color and rims.
