Mine has not gotten any worse....only notice it like mentioned before, when the car is cold. It does it longer in the cold weather cause the car seems to stay colder longer.

If you have a 2-3 shift flare when you are at high throttle situations, and your TCM is properly updated, there is a good chance something is wrong with your trans, whether it be a seal or the clutches have a problem.
But, to the guys that say that they are feeling a little flare once in a while, a 50 rpm flare is normal to occur every 15-30 shifts (depending on application) randomly in different gears, this is how the TCM readapts real time as components break in/wear/etc. If this is what you are seeing then it is normal.

I'm having them check mine once my ball joints come in because mine jumped well beyond 50rpm (more like 200 or so).

Mine is in the 200-300 rpm range and it just started at 26k miles its not normal.
Mechanic and drivability guy drove it around the block and confirmed that it was not normal and it needed the seals clutch fluid seals replaced per the PIP.
It has never slipped at WOT that I could tell, but after owning the car for almost a year and a half and getting used to the crappy transmission I know when it is doing something it shouldn't LOL
