Lots of questions about it......I've never had a "juiced" ride, and am pretty unfamiliar with the whole set-up and operation of it. Not to mention the potential risks to the motor? Advantages or disadvantages compared to a supercharger?

I like all power adders. I have instaled them all. N20 is the best bang for the buck......,but it should be used in moderation(100-125 shot) on a stock short block.

Sorry guys, I know I have asked this questions countless times, but it always develops into possibilities with potential boost increases. My concern is that I don't plan on adding anything to increase my boost over the stock rating the chargers provide (whatever one I choose). So, if I decided to had a charger, I believe procharger is around ~8 psi and the maggie is 6.5 but have heard that because there is so much pressure from the beginning that the high end is just as stressful on the internals as the rpm dependent ATI. So if I get one of those adders, along with long tubes and cat backs and a tune what do you guys think would happen to my engine. I don't go to the track, and would like to be able to retain AFM, just looking for something to beat out competitive stock cars on the street once and awhile and satisfy the temptation to let her rip on an empty stretch. GRRRR8 mentioned that the rear end should hold up to 500hp and 450trq... so once and for all, will my engine/drivetrain last me 100k? Am I going to have to rebuild after 24-36k... I know I know that it's on a case by case basis and I'm sorry for the repetition of this question i've just never modded a car before and don't know much about it besides for my research and your comments...

One Day...
My suggestion is to wait for a while to see what happens to the other guys cars that attempt to boost them. I couldn't expect myself to not use power that was there.
I'm going to the do all the usual bolt on stuff and see where that leads. So...my plan is to stay NA for at least a year. I would want a back up motor or car if the ability to tear up the one I have is there.
Let someone else be the lab rat 1st. I think we are going to see the N/A cars are not going to be that far off the FI cars and the N/A cars will last longer for sure due to less torque.

If all you want to do is beat people on the street then get nitrous and put a 100 shot into her. WAY cheaper the FI and you get great gains.
On a side note:
I am going to get a 12DC-110VAC inverter and hook up a leaf blower to my intake. Should see some good gains with that setup.
Just think of the sound that leaf blower will make...
