Ummm, based on my experiences with NHTSA investigations (GTO strut rub causes accidents), this one will also go nowhere - esp. if the Ford response is "that's how it's supposed to work". I see ford releasing a revised tranny fluid, and only replacing it in cars where customers complain about not shifting correctly.
Yes for us larger guys that screw can be a pain!

08 G8 GT, IOM, Rotofab, HSRK, Kooks LTs, track pipes, Custom engine covers, catch can, radiator cover, and tranny tunnel brace. 402hp/396tq - not bad for a bolt -on car.

They did, they put the "correct" fluid back into it and now the tranny rattles which as Devil said "it's supposed to do that". They put a cheap ass chinese tranny in the car. It's sad in a way that they had to do that to keep the price competitive.
