Hptuners rep? Hptuners stole 6 credits from me! Wtf?

So far, HPTuners customer service sucks big time!

Long story short, I bought HPTuners from Aden a long time ago. When I first upgraded my tune on my G8, I had 8 credits total.....after I tuned my G8, I had 6 credits.

Currently, over a year later, when I went to tune Adens car, it told me I that I had used all 8 credits? WTF?

Since Aden was under time restraints, he purchased an additional 2 credits to tune his G8.

So, HPTuners stole 6 credits from me, and they are stating they didn't. That it's a used tuner, and that's that. They are telling me that I tuned 2 other vehicles and that's why I have 0 credits....but I did not.

Simple math indicates 4 vehicles uses 8 credits....so how about the 2 I just purchased to tune Adens car? Even if I tuned all 4 vehicles (which I only tuned 2), I'd still have 2 credits remaining.

William Henn refuses to help me, or give me a contact phone number.

The other 2 vehicles are a 2002 and 2003. Apparently they can't check their records to see when these older vehicles were even tuned. Bad record keeping and poor customer service.....

All 10 have been used in order to tune 4 vehicles in addition to applying a custom operating system to one of those 4 as you can see in the infolog

You didn't add this in your simple math.

I had 8 credits when I tuned my G8, I used 2 of those 8, and now my other 6 are missing.

Ok, 2 for the custom operating system, I still should have 4.

and I didn't know about the 2 for the custom operating system....all I knew was I had 8, now I have none!

If you didn't tune the corvette or silverado then the person you got it from lied to you it seems.
So that would make it to be you got it with 2 credits.

Corvette used 4 and silverado used 2.then you used the last 2.

Im not trying to take a side just maybe point out something you are overlooking.

I've not touched the tuner until lately, and when I open the program, it now shows 8 credits available, but I couldn't use them. Under time restraints, we then purchased 2 more credits to tune the other G8. Now it shows 10 credits available, 0 used.

Billy boy doesn't want to provide any type of customer service to help me figure it out.

I bought the tuner for convenience, as I don't "tune" myself. Probably not the cheapest way to turn off a few things lol.

If you don't use it, you loose it.

I have never heard of that, credits expire? Even so, if u used it on the same car before it shouldn't use anymore credits unless it's an upgrade which requires extra...

Is it possible that people "hacked" your credits? I know in other products it's fairly common. But the vin of the other vehicles are in your report so it seems silly that someone would do that even if they can.
Maybe your tuner used your credits by accident on that corvette and silverado.
I'm not 100% how all that works with HP but seems you have all the information needed to figure it out.
If that corvette and silverado are on your report and used your credits but you have no idea who's cars they are then that's where they went. But your deleted post showed them before the g8 tunes. Are you 100% positive you had all 8 credits when you tuned your g8? I would assume the other vehicles are on your list because your license number modified them cars or bin numbers. So your account was charged them credits.

Credits don't expire.
I've had HPT since 2007 and still have 4 credits after tuning G5 and G8.
I'd say like earlier, the used unit didn't have as many credits as you were told.
My HPT account page shows 8 credits, the unit shows 4 unused and available, and 4 used.
