Out of the shadows
Hello All,
I have been lurking here for about three months (since I got my G8 GT) soaking up all the info. Frankly, the information on this board has become a bit of an addiction. I find myself checking the posts a little to frequently while I am at work. HeHe! I just wanted to drop a quick line and introduce myself. I live about 25 miles south of Raleigh NC in a very small town and am a recent convert to the RWD V8 club. My previous cars consisted of a Subura WRX, Subaru WRX STI, and a Subaru Legacy Spec B. (yeah I had a Subaru Fetish). One day I just stopped by the local Pontiac delaership here in town because I was bored and decided to test drive the G8. Let's just say she had me at WOT. I bought her 3 days later much to the wifes dismay.
I wanted to thank everyone here as the information I have learned is invaluable and inspiring as I embark to give my car everything it should have had from the factory. My plans for July include LT's, VMS tune, and a Roto Fab. I have found that my Yella Terra tube and K&N drop in paired up with the Cortex 93 tune just isn't satisfying me anymore. That's how I know that I have caught the disease and my bank account will of course suffer. More to come later... Thanks
