Default Does changing stall speed converter require a tune?

Tried to search, but didn't know what key word to use.

I'm building a 408 stroker with a cam and planning on a 3000-3200rpm converter. Do I need to tune the trans computer? I think my engine tuner told me he doesn't do trannys, just engines. If I need to do the trans, I have to take it elsewhere.
