    Default New best 1/8 time after TC!!!

    Finally got a chance to make it to the track with some good weather!!!! As soon as I pulled up, stalling it to about 2000rpm I ran...

    60'- 1.69
    330'-5.09
    594'-7.37
    1/8-7.84
    MPH-89.44

    Then as the night got cooler my best run was flashing the converter at about 800rpm and ran...

    60'-1.70
    330'-5.01
    594'-7.28
    1/8-7.78
    MPH-90.00

    The da was 1100 for the best run and about 2000 for the first run! Anyways I'm pleased!!!! That's almost in the 11's!!! Props to circle d!!! Really impressed with their converter!!! Good thing is there is still some tuning to do!!! So maybe more there.....
    2011 GMC CCSB 4x4 6.2 with 3.73's. Hp tuners tune and removed muffler and replaced with 3 inch pipe. 9.02 @ 78.98mph with 2.11 60'

    Tuned with HP Tuners,(93 octane)
    Vararam CAI
    Kooks mids w/HFC
    Solo axle back with x-pipe mid muffler delete
    3.27 Camaro diff
    Thumpr cam 219/233 553/536 114 lsa

    Ported TB (BoWhite)
    Rick Crawford ported intake
    7.78@90 with a 1.70 60' (fastest time) DA-1100
    12.46 @ 114.06 with 1.90 60'...8.03@ 90.61 (DA was 1514)

    60'- 1.92
    330'- 5.12
    1/8- 7.71@94.83

    Your times are sick dude Im still not sure what TC I want I'm sure I'll go circle D but I think I want 3000 or maybe 2800... How's the 3200 drive? Trans temps any worse than stock with cooler?

    DA was 1788

    Thanks man!! Yeah I love the 3200!! drives good but still have some tuning to do. I haven't installed tranny cooler yet, but Trans temps are around 190 at the track. I DO NOT hot lap at all!

    So much better 60' times than at Steele too!

    Nice! I love autos with stalls. Like Ive said before, Id run a 2800 in a stock G8.

    Im 99% sure ill go circle d 2800 but whats the pros cons of single vs multi disc converters?

    I wa told multi disc is needed with power adder n2o or blower. That's what I was told anyways..
